Hello from Bulgaria!
I apologize for the lack of posting, the last few days have been a whirlwind! We left for Bulgaria Thursday night and arrived Friday night. The travels went without incident, thankfully. After we arrived we stayed in a nice hotel and got some much needed sleep! After touring Sofia on Saturday, we left for the camp on Sunday. A two and a half hour drive got us there, with only a couple car issues on the way! Our first day of lessons went well, as did the second day. The students really enjoyed some TED talk videos and a debate over travel.
We've been enjoying connecting with all the students. They've been very inclusive and interested in getting to know us, which always helps! We ask that you would pray for deeper connections with these students and new opportunities to share with them. We also ask for your prayer for our team's health. A couple of us have had some stomach issues reacting to the new food and have struggled to get all the sleep we need. As always, thanks for your support! We look forward to sharing more of what the Lord does as the week progresses.
